We are currently looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our experienced team.

There is no ideal template for a successful recruiter, bar hard work, but we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, competitive, keen to succeed, who endeavour to offer a fantastic client and candidate experience, who are willing to go the extra mile and that will complement our professional team.
You will receive all the support and tools you need to progress your career and we have a wealth of experience inhouse for you to call on.
We will expect you to manage your own desk as your own business, but we will give you support from a friendly knowledgeable team. You’ll manage the whole recruitment cycle including:
- Building relationships with clients
- Winning new business
- Managing vacancies from start to finish
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Matching the best candidates to the best jobs
We know that recruitment isn’t as easy as it sounds, so we will give you all of the assistance needed to exceed your targets and become a successful

Salary £Neg + uncapped commission + onsite Gym membership + 25 days holiday
