We are currently looking for ambitious and sales driven individuals to join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
The Trainee role does not require prior recruitment experience but the candidate will ideally be degree level educated and who will be looking for an entrepreneurial role.

You will receive support throughout your career and have a wealth of experience inhouse for you to call on
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage your own business will support from a friendly knowledgeable team and work in a commercial and entrepreneurial environment. You’ll manage the whole recruitment cycle including:
- Building relationships with clients
- Winning new business
- Managing vacancies from start to finish
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Matching the best candidates to the best jobs
Recruitment isn’t as easy as it sounds, but we will give you all of the tools and support needed to exceed your targets and become a successful recruitment consultant.

Salary c£20,000 + uncapped commission + onsite Gym membership + 25 days holiday
